ARE THE FABRICS PREWASHED?
No, we do not prewash our fabric.
DOES THE FABRIC REQUIRE SPECIAL HANDLING?
No more than any other fabric. We suggest a mild detergent and a gentle cycle for the first wash. Treat them like other fabrics, though ours will be more forgiving.
DOES THE FABRIC SHRINK?
During production, the fabric is subjected to some pretty intense heat. When washed, the fabric will shrink depending on the type by 3%-8%.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 15 business days (of purchase).
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We can adjust or cancel orders only if they haven’t been processed or cut. Please contact us as soon as possible.
HOW DO I KNOW MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
We do not offer local pickup at this time.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking details are emailed once your package ships.

Check your tracking number and contact us if your order hasn’t moved for 7+ days.
