REFUND AND RETURN POLICY - WHITE RABBIT FABRICS (TWEEDLE DEE DESIGNS, LLC)

At White Rabbit Fabrics, we take pride in the quality of our fabrics and the accuracy of our product listings. Each order is handled with care to ensure that you receive materials that meet your expectations. Please review the following policies regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

ALL SALES POLICY

Because many of our fabrics are cut to order or custom printed, all sales are final once your order has been processed.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Fabric that has been cut, washed, or altered after delivery.

  • Custom or personalized items.

  • Digital patterns or downloadable products.

ORDER ACCURACY AND DEFECTS

If your order arrives with damage, defects, or incorrect yardage due to our error:

  1. Please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at support@whiterabbitfabrics.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  2. Once verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:

    • A replacement of the same item (if available),

    • A store credit, or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

We reserve the right to determine the most appropriate solution based on inventory and proof of defect.

SHIPPING ERRORS OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We’ll assist in contacting the carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx).

  • Once the carrier confirms loss or damage, we’ll issue a replacement or store credit when possible.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for delays or loss caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout.

REFUND PROCESSING

If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after confirmation.
Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges due to the nature of custom and cut-to-order fabric.
If you wish to purchase a different item, you may do so as a new order once a refund or store credit has been processed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Please note the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Sale or clearance items.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital or downloadable content.

  • Custom-cut, dyed, or printed fabrics.
